Buck’s family background is rooted in real estate investment, providing him with a keen sense for property valuation and equity utilization.  Prior to joining Stepp Commercial, he worked with Alden Pacific Investments as an Analyst and Investment Associate. Buck is well-versed in Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and has helped his clients increase their cash flow and quality of life with 1031 exchanges into out-of-state opportunity zones.
