Jacob Taylor works closely with senior team members to assist clients with acquisitions and dispositions, leveraging his local market knowledge and analytical skills to help investors identify opportunities and execute efficiently. Prior to joining Stepp Commercial, Jacob worked at one of the largest investment real estate acquisition firms nationally, where he was actively involved in transactions throughout the Long Beach market, gaining hands-on exposure to both the buy and sell side of deals. His experience working with off-market properties provided him with a strong foundation in property valuation, deal structuring, and understanding investor objectives.
