Colin Gillespie is an Investment Associate at Stepp Commercial, where he works with multifamily investors throughout Southern California. As part of the firm’s advisory team, Colin supports acquisitions and dispositions through buyer outreach, market research, financial analysis, and investment underwriting.

Before joining Stepp Commercial, Colin held leadership and business development roles in the insurance and home services industries, where he developed expertise in client relationships, strategic prospecting, and consultative sales. He holds a degree in Financial Planning and Services from Arizona State University, providing a strong analytical foundation for advising real estate investors.

Colin brings an energetic, analytical approach to multifamily brokerage and is focused on developing long-term relationships with apartment owners and investors. He works closely with Stepp Commercial’s senior advisors to help clients identify investment opportunities and execute successful investment strategies.
